Instroke Case Repair

I have an instroke case that I have had over 10 years. The case has held up amazingly for the most part. However the bottom piece with the little legs is starting to come loose as well as the staples holding the leather to it. Is this something a leather repair place can fix?

I had the entire bottom end of my old instroke repaired by a leather shop. I think they were able to stretch it out a half inch as well.
I shot with a couple 60" cues back then. They fixed the bottom of the case that had basically accordioned in upon itself and replaced a couple broken zippers. I imagine any leather/shoe repair shop can do similar.

If you close to a Tandy Shop... they might tell you, someone..... Shoe repair shop be another source.... But the question is the cost of repair, compared to what you original pay, repair, and a new case
