Instructions on how to put a new tip on by hand (without expensive tools)?

I would like to know if it is very difficult to put a new tip on a shaft without any tools, or what are the most basic tools that I would need to do a good job of re tipping a cue?

Is it very difficult to learn how to do?

I would like to order a good tip online, and do the job myself, if it is not too difficult (without the finished job looking horrible).

Does anyone here know of any good threads on how to re tip a shaft?

Thanks for your help.

Seyberts Vid using Porper tools.

Porper makes some of the best hand retipping tools.

I don't know if its my computer, but the vid doesn't seem to be working at the moment.
Sorry.

I have bought and used a ton of different doo dads in the process of finding the best ones to do the job.
I found that the ones offered in the advertised kit to be the cheapest and easiest to do a nice job.

If you got a 3/4" or 1" chisel laying around, try using that. It is better and more efficient.
