Great play, thrilling outcome :smile-us-down: Good example of how feasible the line between success and failure can be sometimes.

Funny, the only thing that prevented him from running out the set first, was the kind of boneheaded mistake we all make, not some wild difficult situation.
 
yeah, Ruslan just wanted to play it perfect instead of good, all the leave the best possible shape on the money ball. If he knew the outcome he would have played a stop shot I guess, LOL.

Rumours are, Stepanov is going to the US Open at last (because the 10-Ball Worlds was cancelled).
 
Wow - that's some serious jam up 8 ball. Two great shooters. Terrific match in what looks like a pretty nice pool hall too.
 
in rack 5 or 6, don't remember, Stepanov got lucky on the break. Cue ball was kicked to the corner pocket to the left of him, then kicked outta that route only to head to the corner to the right :) But eventually it stayed on the table and let Kosta to proceed with his beautiful run.
