It is out of Japan. I thought it was weird too as I see a lot of guitars from Japan listed like that but in asking around found that it is a very common practice to list like that over there. Sort of being brokered through different sellers. When it sells the other listings are canceled. They list it at the price they are willing to accept and hope it sells through them.
 
I have looked at different cues on eBay being sold from Japan. Same thing for almost everyone. Multiple listings of same cue by different sellers.

I've heard about that, a youtuber has a video explaining it. It seems a little strange to me but I think the risk is that you don't get the item you bought but you get your money back.
