I also think it is a Spain Splice, I suspect that almost all four veneer splice from the time frame that cues was made by Burton.

So I'll spill the beans.. this is a Diamond King, sans the inlays.

The second cue down is the inlayed DK.. you can see it's the same cue, minus the gingerbread...

BTW the cue in our picture is a 5 veneer Spain blank...
