The pockets look better than snooker pockets for pool games. Do they deform with age?

Usually no, the rubber holds and the pockets do not deform (unless the owners are careless to let the rail cloth covering the jaws get worn down to holes, then the rubber could also suffer).

He's astonishingly good sometimes. That's a great video.
He uses follow in a double kiss on one of those, although shooting quite softly, not force follow. (I'd expect at high speed, the double kiss would happen before the follow bit.

Actually if you can hit it straight on the cueball will bounce away then go back to the ball and can be banked at another angle
