Need some input. Have a non-AZ person wanting to purchase from me using paypal. Has a great ebay record, but I guess they do not confirm addresses in other countries as they do here?

I had this same thing a good while back. I was dealing with a guy in the Netherlands and everything worked out just fine, make sure you take into account the added shipping.
PayPal addresses can only be confirmed in the US, UK, and Canada- I had to jump through some hoops before I was able to make my first purchases from AZ.
