iF YOU ARE E-MAILED BY ANY OF THESE PEOPLE CONCERNING CUE PURCHASES BEWARE! I sold one cue, everything went ok, the member was varified and I shipped the cue promply, I only ask that the buyer have a confirmed address and be varified, When they sent payment they used a non varified address and unconfirmed address. I only ask that the funds be cleared before I sent the cue ('s) out. now they have notified pay-pal saying I recieved an unauthorized payment..


for some reason I have a bad feeling about this.. I wont mention the names, but beware of these e-mails!


Id also like to say these cues were to be shipped Overseas is the reason I wanted the funds cleared before I shipped anything..

well Im not sure if they were actualy trying to scam, when I said I was waiting for the funds to clear they were pretty hostile... and I think I was dealing with like 4 differnt people at once, e-mails like a minute apart, one telling one thing, one another.. they were interested in highend cues only, such as Balabushka (originals) Gina, Runde, Schon LTD, etc.. they may be just lousy business men, in any case use caution when dealing with with them..

I don't think you were unreasonable. I have done business with some folks overseas under the exact same circumstances and conditions. They understood perfectly and were very patient. Thanks for the info...
 
Looks like Japanese buyers.. Well paypal will never give confirmed status to a overseas buyer.. but i dont think u are fair just to call them scammers. just give them some time..Japanese have funny way of writing english and sometimes the weird oneliners can be construced as rude...well its a global village now and i can tell u the japanese gives the best bucks......

All i beseech u is to be more patient and less on the gun.... i know cos i am also a overseas cue collector and i buy sell cues in singapore..havent had probs with people who deal with me though sometimes i get wary emails when i ident myself as from overseas....

yes you are correct, they are Japanese buyers, and patient they were not.. , they said we'll stop payment or send the cues NOW within 10 minutes of payment... This type behavior is unacceptable.. I spent hours on the computer searching for cues for these people, the cues I didnt have I was tracking down, like I said I had succesfully sold one cue to them, instead of using the same e-mail that was varified like I ask (so I wouldnt feel obligated to wait on the payment to clear) they sent the funds with a unvarified e-mail
and was trying to pressure me into shipping..

I have nothing against these people other than wasting my time.. Scammers? or tire Kickers? Im not sure, obviously business is conducted in a differnt manor here in the USA..
 
I don't think your unreasonable at all. I even go so far as to wait until the paypal payment hits my bank account and then remove it. Once the cash is in hand, cue goes out. Better safe than sorry.
