Davenport is your best bet. Sharky's is nice. Also there's corner pocket in cedar rapids.
 
You won't find a single "pool hall" in IC, just an occasional bartable in the pubs. Even the University got rid of their remaining tables. Sad that students have no place to play considering the Union had a huge bowling & billiards area a few decades ago. Now the U of I does little for recreational activities.

EDIT: If you head to Sharky's, you can find a fellow AZB'er to play with. We love ring games and such.
