Can anyone offer suggestions for using an IPhone 6Plus to take cue pictures to post on AZB?

Is it possible to take clear photos of the cue with this phone?

Finally, a full cue photo seems to be "long range" if that makes any sense.

iPhone 6+ works good for pictures, after you take your pic you have editing tools to make it even better

Break down your cue on a pool table. Get a pic of the whole cue. Next get close up of butt, joints and any inlay work.

When you email the pictures to an iPad or PC you’ll have an option to select file size. Select a smaller size.

Hello, sir.

I have an iPhone 6 Plus and use it to capture images of my pool ball collection.

A great help to me was to purchase a compatible tripod from Amazon for about $15. Plus, as an added bonus, it came with a Bluetooth shutter control to eliminate camera wobble. Believe me, dear chap, that little gizmo makes a world of difference.

Good luck.

I am still using a V Series IPhone, Camera is great. These cameras in early Iphoner are better then early digital cameras, plus you can shoot, edit, until you get a great photo.

Photo below is with "IV" IPhone, guess it's OK.. For an OLD IPhone.

Thanks to everyone who posted.

I will take the advice and keep trying for better photos.

I used to have the iPhone 6+. Do not use the Zoom feature. That will make things blurry.

I have an iPhone 11Pro now, and there are some new features in the photo app.

I loved my iPhone 6+, but I did not like that I could not zoom in without the blur.

Use Paint on a Windows OS computer to manipulate the size and then crop it.

There is also a photo app called BeFunky that is great for manipulation. It's free for 30 days, I think, and thereafter you have to pay.

Best of luck.
