IPT 2007 - not starting before June???

On the IPT's World Open-website, on the interview with Rico Diks, he is saying that it suits him pefect that the IPT won't start the season before June next year.

Can anyone confirm this? Will this means that they will play 11 tournaments in 6 months, or will they perhaps cancel some of the tournaments???
 
Speaking to an IPT member, i have been told that next years schedule will be reduced to six tournaments, which is a real shame, but i suppose we should of seen it coming.

I doubted before it would be 100k guaranteed for next year, and now even more so. I wish they would keep to what they say and not cancel any events, but hey, their call.

This is not a confirmation, but seems likely as it's pretty un-practical to play 11 tourneys in 6 months.

He Roy. Alex told me the same thing but he mentioned 10 tournaments in somewhat 7 months.
He what a nice picture.I remember somebody taking that in brandenburg!
