That's actually an interesting question. Sorry I didn't get your point originally. I have not been able to find any reference to the IPT that contains "Corp" or "LLC" or "LP". Possibly, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Natural Cures Inc. That is my best guess.
I would be astonished if the IPT is merely a sole proprietorship because then KT would be exposed PERSONALLY to all liabilities. I am sure he is smarter than that.

Unless, the Sole Proprietership is in someone else's name. One lesson in all of this appears to be that if you are dealing with a company where you have very little say in the transactions and no security then you should not be very surprised if things do not go in your favor.
Collectively, 3 million dollars is worth fighting for. I wouldn't be surprised to see a class action lawsuit if the IPT isn't able to clear up the prize money.
