IPT players only

To all ipt players:

it is unproductive to discuss legal strategies on a public forum.

I have been busy today receiving texts, phone calls and emails, from players all around the world with regards to unionization and law suits.

If you are an ipt player, or can pass this along to a player, it will be apprecaited.

Please contact me at betrueman@hotmail.com
Only players can respond, and they must put thier name in the subject line.
Unfortunately at this time, if you are not currently and ipt player, i will have to delete your email prior to reading.

This will be my last post on here for sometime, for various reasons.

I have always been an avid fan of pool, and its players.
Ultimately, though, i dont have much in common with the majority of it's fans, and quite recetnly some forum members here have really rubbed me the wrong way. I dont tolerate that in my everyday life, i wont tolerate it here.

I will help the players get paid what they are owed, PLUS a pound of flesh. Beyond that, i have lost interest.

sincerely
Randy Goldwater

<<quite recetnly some forum members here have really rubbed me the wrong way>>

For the Record...

I assume that I am one of those people. While I wholehearted applaud Mr. Goldwater's efforts to make things right for the players...the FACT is that he challenged my version of what happened with respect to the AF/LJJ challenge match matter and was beligerently caustic with me because he said I was basically FOS and didn't know what I was talking about.

I offered a public apology for that on this forum but then found out FOR AN IRREFUTABLE FACT...that my version was essentially correct and that Goldwater's version was totally, completely and utterly WRONG.

I offered a $5,000.00 bet...with the proceeds going to an IPT Qualifier player of the winner's choice but he has not taken me up on it.

Now now in his pompous, arrogant, self-important and condescending style he dismisses the MAJORITY of pool fans as...essentially...being beneath him.

Well, Mr. Goldwater...it is PRECISELY us FANS who you hold in such disregard that are responsible for the EXISTENCE of touring pros..who I suggest to you were FANS before they were pros and who are FANS to this very day!

I was man enough to apologize to you even when I THOUGHT I might be mistaken but you are not man enough to take my bet, let alone apologize to me when you now KNOW or SHOULD KNOW that your version of the matter was entirely BOTCHED.

But you sit there in your ivory palace in NYC...brag about you "driver"...ex NYPD cop...and play Massiah by suggesting you are going to save the pros by getting ALL their money PLUS a pound of flesh.

Well, here's another bet big fella. Let's make this one for $10,000.00

YOU WILL NEVER SUCCEED IN GETTING ALL IPT PLAYERS PAID 100% OF WHAT THEY ARE OWED AS PER THE ORIGINAL PRIZE MONEY SCHEDULES ADVERTIZED BY THE IPT.

Bet ME Dude.

And don't pull the same arrogant BS you laid on me in the prior thread by suggesting a bet of...what was it??? $4 million or so??

I cannot afford a bet of that size...sir...a fact for which I offer you my second apology...I am not worthy!!! I tremble in your shadow.

Before I get flamed back...I fully support what Mr. Goldwater is doing on behalf of the pros and wish for the best possible outcome.

But I don't have to LIKE the guy...and I don't because such arrogance as he displays far outweighs any good he might do.

<<I dont tolerate that in my everyday life, i wont tolerate it here.>>

Well GOSH Dude. You are SO superior to us lowly fans and to everyone else with whom you come into contact, that if they merely "rub you the wrong way" you don't TOLERATE IT? So, you are PERFECT? You NEVER make a mistake for which forgivness need be granted?

Now you are going to vanish from this...and I suppose other forums because you just have lost interest in us fans?

DAMN...I don't know how I am going to live with that! If we BEG you...will you reconsider??

I guess not...so why don't you just go yell at your butler...again and kick that damn dog of yours who didn't bring you the Wall St. Journal in his teeth this morning...I mean REALLY put the boot to the little $hit.

Regards,
Jim

From Monica and Helena in another thread..........

<<Last but not least they want to express to the fans and the industry as a whole that the players are making the moves to make the best informed and effective decision.>>

Well, Dude it seems that there are at least two pros...and GREAT ones at that, who care about the FANS!!!!!!!!!!!

You go girls!!

Regards,
Jim...who buys dinner for GREAT pros in Atlanta!! (-:

I could be wrong but I don't think it was you.... Jake (JJinfla) as you've probably seen has really been a pain in the ass the last couple of days. First Jasper & then Jake picked up where Jasper left off.

Randy made a comment about it in another thread and then shortly after that, he made this post.

I've been there before... the trolls and the people like Jake that just want to stir the pot get old after awhile and a break from it all is definitely needed. ;)

Timberly...Thanks ( I hope) for thinking I am not on his $it list. But no, I was clearly one of the "unwashed" in the Dude's opinion. It all started with a debate in another thread about how AF might fare in 9 Ball matches against male pros. I think she would do MUCH better than some think.

Dude was a dissenter and offered a bet of several MILLION dollars...What an arrogant...(insert nickname for Richard.)

The thread then morphed into a debate over the exact circumstances under which LJJ played MS instead of AF. During that thread, Dude announced that I was only the second poster he had ever put on ignore.

The FACT that he was wrong is apparently of no concern to him.

My comments stand as posted...and since he has me on ignore, I pasted my post into his e-mail address and placed the name "Efrem Rayes" in the subject line. I wonder if he will take the bait!

Say Randy G. aka NYC dude -- isn't your post (something like) an oxymoron? :o I mean, you start off with sage advice -- don't discuss legal strategies on a public forum -- and you then proceed to tell IPT players to send email to a specific email address with an eye toward unionization and lawsuits. If the email meeting is legitimate, which I assume it is, you know you're gonna get some moles, spies, and imposters now. All one need do is send an email using the name of a player unlikely to use computers.
