I will use this tread to keep you all updated about what's going on in Oslo during the qualifier. Stay tuned, the draw is soon in my mailbox...

HOB Weert: Can you do some updates from the qualifier in Weert, since the matches will be played when the yankees are asleep so they can't update on their site... Would be nice to get some results...

Tomorrow at 11am Norwegian time Kari Paloheimo (Mika Immonen's twinbrother) will play Lars-Harald Riiber.

Next round Norwegian's ranked nr 1 Roger Lysholm will meet Line Kjorsvik, European 9-ball Champion 2006.

Kim Soo Garmark will meet the winner of Lars-Harald and Kari.

Roger Lysholm - Line Kjorsvik - MATCH STARTS 12:45

Lars Harald Riiber - Kari Paloheimo 2 - 3 (1 B&R each)

Kim Soo Garmark - Lars Harald/Kari - MATCH STARTS 12:45

Line and Roger wanted to start earlier, which I tought was a good idea! :)

Line 1 - 0 up, breaking but got not the best position on the 8 and missed it. 1 - 1

Kari Paloheimo is 9 - 4 in front over Lars Harald Riiber.

Starting now:
Loserside, Lars Harald Riiber - Line Kjorsvik.

Kim Soo Garmark will meet the winner of this match

On the final on the winnerside Kari is still 2 - 1 in front. Long safetybattle

Winnerside, final:
3 - 7 Roger Lysholm - Kari Paloheimo

Loserside
5 - 1 Line Kjørsvik - Lars Harald Riiber

Line has got at least 2 B&R.

I practised some straight pool with Line two days ago. 1 race to 250, and 1 race to 150 on a tighter table.

The first match I tought I played ok with an average of 6, but she beat me heavily with her average on 13,88 on a race to 250. 250 - 108. Good job!

On the next match she got an average of 10 and had a 50 break. Looks like her game is getting better again, after months playing like me... :)

Winnerside, final:
5 - 7 Roger Lysholm - Kari Paloheimo

Loserside
6 - 1 Line Kjørsvik - Lars Harald Riiber

Roger just hooked himself frozen to the 11ball and got all red in his face, but still managed to pocket the 8!
