They are made in Greece, from Dimitros Kalogeras, they are really masterpieces. search on facebook for "iqcues Kalogeras Dimitrios" to see more.
The silver work in the rings is nice.
I don't know if the joint is synthetic or ivory. It doesn't match the rings color. Would this be about 1K new?

Yes, Dimitris is up and coming.
Combines modern cuemaking with traditional techniques, has a good stock of woods, especially his old growth shafts!
He has also developed an LD shaft configuration in normal shafts, really impressive results with a lot of feel!
He has come a long way already, taking advice and feedback and his cues play really good.
Young Andreas is his partner, really talented about anything having to do with machines.
I'm sure my friends are gonna be great, especially when they expand their equipment even more.
You will get a good cue if you order one.

Well,
IQ Cues (the brand name) was usually first used by Hans Joerg Bertram from germany. Unfortunatley he quit building cues. Well knowledged man, good craftmenship, learnt from Dan Prather and B. Stroud.
