I need help identifying a Irving Kaye 3x6 pool table I just purchased as far as age and value. I located a picture on line. It had a caption, “Irving Kaye billiard table500 “
Thanks

It will need some work before I set it up, so it’s parked on a table in my garage. I put the legs on the top so I could get a shot of the legs, leveler plates, and table pics 4 ,5.. Everything on the table in gold is metal not wood. I found a site that has the rails uncovered for sale for $150, but they aren’t the square nose type that were used to compensate for the oversized cue ball coin tables were using. those rails made the 3x6 tables very competitive back in the 70's. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I played on a few and think that they are the best bar table made. the ones I played on had tight pockets. some had lion heads on the corner others had mirrors. Some were made so fancy they would put a diamond bar table to shame in looks and playability.

anyone own one or knows where i could find info on this model. my searching has only
found the pic i posted with.
thanks

That is a nice looking table for the home. The pockets look pretty tight, maybe tighter than a standard Valley. In any case pockets can be tightened. I'll bet there are not many of them around...I've never saw one. Johnnyt

There used to be one in downtown Jackson,Tn. That som***** was the tightest bar table I've ever seen.

The pocket's were cut like a shimmed up Gold Crown, and maybe 4 1/4 opening. The square rails were very lively, and almost anything that more than brushed the rail with speed just didn't go,esp since it had old Mali cloth on it.

With fresh Simonis on it it would have played a little easier but not for long. Tommy D.
