Is .050" Shaft Runout O.K.?

Hey Guys, I've been receiving so much "Flawed stuff" via the internet.. just about everything I order has something wrong/defective or flawed..(Amazing world out there). Now, I want to buy a shaft.. I want to do everything I can to be sure I get the Item I bought in the condition it suppose to be , not defective or flawed.. So, I ask if they can check the shaft before they send it to be sure it is straight. (Trying to CMA) Here's the policy: .. We roll our shafts prior to shipment and they have to be within .05 for it to clear shipment. Thanks" This is not about badmouthing a company.. Just what I am going to get for $200+... I am stupid and dumb, so, I gotta ask, Can I buy a straight shaft or do I depend on Luck, as my previous attempts to buy things from the internet..? So, Here's the Question: Is .050 runout ( almost 1/16"?) on a new shaft acceptable/O.K.? Tough World, Hard Life..:p The reason I want to buy a shaft is because I don't think I can make a straight one, besides waiting the years to hang the wood.. But, If they might come with a .050 Runout, mmmm.
