Yes, you are right, my mistake. Lee did simply say just send payment, so I apologize to Lee for mis-paraphrasing him. After reading the threads, I did not remember it correctly, I remembered it as just send paypal payment.

I do hope the spirit of what I was trying to say still made my post helpful. :o

I seemed to remember It saying send PayPal payment also, but apparently I was mistaken too. I edited My statement to just send payment, but Hypothectically, If it were me, I may would assume that meant paypal accepted when they accept it on ebay, and if looking on the site, and seeing the email that is reported as being seen on there, I may have assumed that was the paypal address also. Although I realize that isn't always so. I think that's the point at where the comunication gap took place originally though.

I won't comment on anything that happened I private, first it's not My bussiness no more then this here is, but mostly I did not witness it, and Therefore It's He said She said, as far as I know.

I can only say from My view point & what I saw here, It just looked like a breakdown in comunication. normally that would be simple to solve.:)
 
Tammy corrected the siginture on my page both with our main email and paypal which are both the same and it clearly states that. we where never at any time trying to mislead anyone... and i will try to be more careful in my messages i admitt sometimes i am in a hurry i really do want anyone that deals with us to be happy ....if not i have a phone please call us first we are both available most anytime

I PayPal'd the money to him within the 15 minutes I told him I would in a message back to him thru the same post. The money was sent to the e-mail shown above: sales@briannaproducts.com. My Mastercard was debited the next day, Nov 2. I waited almost 2 weeks and sent an e-mail asking the status of my order to sales@briannaproducts.com. No answer, sent another e-mail, no answer, sent another e-mail--no answer. Okay, considering his reputation, and the fact he uses this forum continously, I made my post.

Tammy called me today and explained that sales@briannaproducts.com does not exist (no explanation why it is on the post, and has been for quite some time) and that the funds were unclaimed. I explained to her that I was following the logical path by using the e-mail address posted. I was more interested in why the e-mail address posted did not exist than I was in the $100. She went off on a rampage.

As far as using this forum to air ones greviences about a vendor; this is what you get when you enter chat rooms, i.e., you live by the sword, you die by the sword.

PS: I have made purchases from every vendor in the cue business, as well as sold to some. My transactions are always professional, courteous and prompt, both as a buyer and seller. Should I believe that I should expect less from Brianna Products?

First off you are the one who has posted your e-mail address on your posts. You might consider that I e-mailed you three times asking, very politely,
about the status of my order. Enough said about that.

Now on to another issue:

then you treat my office manager like crap and hang up on her while she is trying to get to the bottom of this you must be a classy guy to talk to a lady like that.... would you care to have your wife or daughter spoken to like that? i dont think so... you owe her an apology .its easy for you to sit behind a computer and say things to poeple so many do that here i dont see them or you set up and (emphasis added)

to her reasoning, which I accepted. I did ask her why it was all my fault when your e-mail address is not correct, and has not been correct for awhile.
She told me that sales@briannaproducts.com was a good address except for PayPal. If that is a fact why were none of my 3 e-mails answered? I suggested to her, to e-mail herself to see if the link was still valid. I was never inpolite to her. She explained to me how to undo the PayPal charge
which has since been done. Actually, we had a nice chat and she explained to me how she was a teacher and worked for you part time. At sometime during the conversation I told her the $100 was not a big issue to me. I was more concerned as to what happened to the order and why there was no response to my 3 e-mails. At that time she started a tirade about my, and others, disparging you on AZ. (I do not feel I disparged you, I just stated the facts.) I hung up at that time as I had all the info I needed. End of story and thanks for your help. At least you now have the correct e-mail address on your posts.

Not to take sides but this is my opinion. Lee is a stand up guy. I have ordered several products from him and every transaction was flawless. All paypal payments were sent to hmalakoff@chartermi.net . We need to realize Lee and others do not constantly check PM's . Also not everyone is on here 24/7 so lee is not necessarily ignoring you. There has been a time or two it took a couple days to get ahold of Lee. I however have always been able to get ahold of them by phone. Heck I have even talked to Lee on his cell when he was out of town and he took the time to take the call and talk with me. And when it comes to Tammy she is a stand up LADY. She has been extremely helpful on all my orders as well. I really suggest contacting them by phone if you are delayed getting email back. 9 times out of 10 I have found they were out of town or just away from the shop at the moment. I would never hesitate buying from Lee.

Now my not so wanted opinion on PayPal payments. I personally NEVER assume some one email is thier paypal unless they specifically tell me it is. I got burned on ebay this way and almost did not recover my money that was never claimed. The sellers email and paypal was indeed different. Several Sellers do this. I even have a different paypal address from my email. I dont think Lee intentionally mislead anyone here. However it is unfortunate you were not clear where to send the funds. I do see they are trying to resolve this issue which tells me that he is concerned about his customers.

My recommendation to all sellers here is to clearly identify thier paypal address. As a buyers responsibility I would say for your safety on a transaction specifically ask what is your paypal address.

I hope you find it in you to give Lee some business in the future. I think if you give him an honest chance you will see he is not a bad guy.
 
I seldom use paypal but when I do I am always careful to verify the e-mail address the seller chooses to use... better safe than sorry.
 
True, in fact My paypal address is different also, and I usually try to verify when I'm not sure which email is someone's PP address. I guess I can just see how someone afraid to miss out on a deal, and having a comunication issue could jump the gun trying not to miss out, and assume the other may be the correct one. It is not unusal for them to be different though. I just write this off as a comunication gap. Mistakes happen, and that can go both ways.;)

At any rate, I hope all involved parties are able to work out their differences.:)

This is all true. Thing is, although in person, Lee is very friendly and a nice guy, in his advertisements and communications on these boards he is very lacking. Between his punctuation, misspellings and assumptions, most people are at a loss as to just exactly what he is talking about. This, of coarse, is very bad for business. For sales you need great communication skills. Since Lee has trouble in this area it certainly would be advantageous for him to let someone else in his operation give the sales pitches, IMO. Just as in this particular case, he has a very upset customer and has probably lost at least one sale. You may have the best product in the world but what good is it if you can't communicate this to potential customers or you alienate them in the process.

ive delt with lee many many times.

in his defense he does sell about a million items a week. now thats no excuse but one is bound to get lost here and there.

a phone call should have been made

i also always confirm EVERYTHING. just bc you see an email address dont automatically assume its the paypal address.

dont worry lee will make it right

I have answered all your emails they make no sense we sent you a dvd on how to use the tooling i don't know what more i can do we delivered all we promised im sorry if there is a langauge barrier these tools are well made and work fine many others on here have ordered and are very happy .

Please dont play the "no speak english" card with me.... we have done what we where supose too delivered you good quality tools ,,priced right ,,with fast service
