Is it a "Meucci Originals"??? Never seen anything like this...

You have no clue

Clue:
That may be a first run MO-5 or prototype. Never seen a piloted joint on a Meucci. The ad with it says it is offered in flat face.
The points look too long and the hole in the butt cap needs to be measured. Most MO-5's that I have seen ( that's 4) have been Ebony butt sleeves.
I collect and refurbish MANY Meucci's, how many have you repaired?. I know the value of most (not all) production Meucci cues.
As a builder /repairman, I can say that when the butt is warped ( as the reply said) , the cue is as good as useless unless you want to hang it on a wall and admire it (or shoot with a banana). If you try to refinish or repair it, it is next to impossible because of the warp.

The pic:
In the Meucci ad, the shaft was more than likely not finished (that is why you see the wood at the top).
They still needed to drill and tap for a brass insert.Even the ad says FLAT FACED joints.

Cue:
1) It is in poor shape
2) The finish is gone
3) It is warped
4) No rubber bumper (pill style)
5) Looks like someone repaired the butt cap. The black section is too long.

Offer:
If you think this cue is worth $440 or more, I've got THOUSANDS of dollars worth of cues to sell you!!!!

Agera R: Lets hear from you...
Is that your Ebay ad??????

I used to be a Meucci collector, a long time back. I was and still am a Meucci dealer (see the Meucci site for Maryland) for many, many years.

The cue is an MO-5:

There is nothing overly special about the cue....it came with a piloted stainless steel joint when new (you can see the shaft pilot of the MO-5 on the flyer).

I personally don't feel the cue is worth anything near the amount it is supposed to have bid on it on Ebay. However, if someone wants the cue badly enough, they can pay what they want. I just hope that they want it for some personal reason, and not as an "investment".
