Is it Kosher to Give Blow by Blow Updates on a PPV?

Or might it hurt sales?

I did it last night, but on the last match, and I started on the 6th rack.

Reading play by plays is a poor experience compared to watching something live, so I doubt it hurts sales. People do it all the time on MMA forums for others who can't watch an event for whatever reason. They're really great for when you're at work. Seriously doubt they hurt sales.
 
I have seen Justin not be thrilled about it in the past.

While I understand his viewpoint, I wonder how many people would actually forgo purchasing the PPV because someone here on AZB was giving a couple line description of each game. Meaning someone who had really intended on watching it.

Its easy for me to say this, as I don't have the $$$ to buy the PPV's right now. And I'm not complaining about Justin not wanting it done, as I said, I understand his point of view. I'm simply curious.

It was funny, last night.
 
When TAR first started I use to scream on here about giving blow by blow until Justin came on and said he didn't mind it. Johnnyt

hmmmm, is my memory failing me? I thought he had come on here and mentioned that he wasn't thrilled about it. Perhaps it was Mark?

6-1 Ralf I have never seen Jason play this bad. I do not think play by play is a problem since they are not playing the matches in a loop like TAR.
 
Is this the accu stats stream? Is it smooth and clear? just saw so many complaints yesterday..
 
I read the play by play this morning at 4:30 when I got to work. I was asleep by 9:30 so it would've been silly for me to buy the ppv. I really appreciate the play by play since most times I only get to read who won

I enjoy doing blow by blows when I can't get in chat and I appreciate when others do it when I hadn't purchased the PPV. But if every PPV had someone doing blow by blows, would it more affect sales or just tick off sensitve promoters and streamers?

I think most peoples minds are made up if there going to get a PPV or not. So live updates I would think would have a limited impact. Some may see the updates and race to get the stream as well.I could be wrong and way off base with my opinion.
 
Could promote sales of PPV

I would think it would help advertise the event and a blow by blow would remind people to go have a look.
 
I think the verbal chatter should be on shots that a " monkey could not make " to jibber -jabber every shot is a waste...2cents..:thumbup:

I only had a bit of trouble on day 1. There's been very periodic chop since, nothing of consequence. It's a great stream, great rez and camera work. I'd encourage people to pull the trigger.

That said, it's a comedy show in the booth. I'm seriously LMAO and enjoying it. EVERY rack, the commentators mistake the balls and tell us what shot they should shoot on the wrong ball.

I like to read about the matches when I can't watch, I buy as many ppv as possible, Bought Fri. Morning session and last nights session , but my daughter plays high school basketball and that is like a 2nd full time job so I don't get to see everything, is nice to read the ups and downs of a match and not only who won.
 
OMG. Jayson just conceded the match at 10 -3. Ralf had BIH on the THREE BALL!
