Try email. I sent them an email couple weeks back about a Josey, heard back pretty quick (couple hours).
Now, could be on vacation or something, but I found them very responsive.
Bought cue and extension from them and they shipped it right away and all was good, super smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend, Brian was great to work with.

I was at a BCA trade show years ago….bought a bunch of tips and joint protectors at the J&J …they had some nice floor stands that held eight cues….I asked Judy for two of them….she told me they use them for selling cues…..I gave her the innocent kid look…said “ But Judy, I sell cues too.“…she told one of her employees to empty two racks….he protested….she sternly said “Do it now!”J&J

I'm with you. I've looked at getting a cue from them but once I got to the part where you print and fax a form over I was out. LOL
I just called and used a cc. No issues, no forms.
