Is There A Master List of all USA Pool Rooms?

Is there a master list of every pool room in the USA? When I use Google and ask for 'addresses of all pool rooms in America' I get a state, or city list but not the whole country.

Can any one point me in the right direction if such a list exists?

Here is one, but it's pretty incomplete. RI is missing all of the main rooms there. There was another good site out there, but can't find it now, may have gone offline. And many lists I have found are out of date by years, listing closed rooms. I fell victim to one, drove to see it and it was a bar, no pool tables.

This one has more listings but the state search links don't work, even though a google search will bring the right page up. The list contains closed rooms, not sure when they updated last.

Paterson Slim, I have never seen a list on the internet or otherwise that was even remotely correct. With that said. I maintain a list of every room East of the Mississippi that is true and accurate. It only has real pool rooms on it not game rooms that may have 4 or less tables.

No it's not for sale but we do rent it. If you are interested let me know what your needs are.

This list is updated approximatelt every 3 months due to the fact that we direct mail each room on a regular basis using 1st class stmps. Any returned mail is immediately removed from the list after making telephone confirmation. We aslo update the list on a regular basis using all available information.

We currently have 1642 active rooms on our list.

I think a master list would be very hard to keep current with the poolrooms closing at record rates this year. It would be hard to trust the information.

Back around 1995, James Lawson tried to generate such a list and even had one on-line. He also tried to sell a booklet of those addresses. Since the effort lasted only a couple of years, I guess he didn't get any support from the buying public or the listed rooms. He had found about 4500 rooms.

It takes a lot of work to put together a complete, accurate list like that. The USBA Secretary and a bunch of helpers tried to find every room in the US that has carom tables, and it's often impossible to get any information out of whoever answers the telephone.
