I am curious if there is a person who does tip replacements at the DCC?
If there is, then does anyone know if his prices are reasonable (average prices for tip repair)?
I assume the answer is no, since Brian Roberts in Louisville has been so busy with cue repair lately.
I received a shaft back from him today, but it took 3 days for the ferrule and tip replacement that he did.
He did an excellent job by the way, and I am very happy.
He does amazing cue repair work.
I thought about giving him my other shaft to replace the tip on it, but I thought that maybe there might be a guy that does tip replacements at the DCC.
Will be there tomorrow, so was just curious if anyone knew.
I thought maybe Joe Blackburn might be there, doing cue repair (he told me years ago that he travels to the US Open every year, but not sure about the DCC).
Jow Blackburn is a super nice guy, and he did a tip replacement for me in like 2 minutes time (was amazing, how fast he did it, and he did it while chatting with me), and it was perfect.
