Where to find snooker parlors in Cincinnati, not pool or billiards ... Like a proper snooker club ?

Doesn't look like it. Perhaps try Chris Alvey in Georgetown, IN. If you feel like driving and playing on his private table.
Otherwise look around on www.findsnooker.com. I looked at Indiana and Kentucky. But 12' snooker tables are pretty rare where you are....
