EDITED ETA: There was a WPC last year in Qatar, I have just been informed, but the payouts were less than previous WPCs. It was won by none other than Francisco Bustamante, of course.

The WPA site has a calendar that I think is relatively up-to-date. I don't think there is any standard way to handle web sites related to WCs -- it would be nice if each one had a link directly from the calendar. Here is the calendar for 2011, on which I see 8, 9 and 10-ball. http://www.wpa-pool.com/index.asp?content=cal2011
