Is there video anywhere where someone break and run 15-balls in bank pool?

I would like to see it if it have been done..
I remember some old bank pool guru said he made it twice in row on match or something back in days..

EDIT :
I found story about it.. It was Eddie Taylor of course. He played high stakes banks and made 12. Then 15 from break and then 10 more... wow
37 banks in total.

I'm not sure where the video is, but it is out there.
Brian Gregg at the DCC throwing out 15, banking them and then some more after that.
Truly an incredible sight.

I used to see Marco Marquez throw 30 balls out to practice banks. He also used two CBs - gave him an alternative if he got stuck. I never watched long enough to see if he ever ran out.

I saw a video years ago where a guy breaks and runs out (banks) all 9 jacked up one handed. Can't seem to find it again but I'll edit the post if I do.

Probably the best bank player that ever lived. The Knoxville Bear.
😎

As the old saying goes, 'somedays you eat the bear and somedays the bear eats you'. If anyone was stupid enough to play bank pool with Eddie Taylor, the bear would have had a feast!

Watched some of the video. He banked great on that Gold Crown. Him talking about banking 37 in a row gambling.....many times records are broke matching up.

I played 50 a set race to 4 vs another good player my speed barbox 8 ball. He beat me 4 to 2 for $50. I ran the next 3 sets , winning the coin toss for vreak on them all. 12 racks in a row. We hardly ever played barbox and were getting ready for a tournament that was coming up. He quit me down $100.

Watched that video a couple days ago. I figured he was about 75 at the time of the video. He convinced me he could still bank . Wasn’t planning on watching the whole video but I did. I’ve long heard of him but never actually seen him
Thanks Max

I thought running 15 ball run out in banks would be fun challenge for myself to try, and maybe capture it to video. After seeing that Eddie Taylor interview where he said he made it 4 times in lifetime.. I think I was too optimistic about doing it myself.
I still think he probably made it many times in practice or he did not try it on practice...

I doubt that he practiced much unless you consider 50 cents a game practice. He was learning to play when 50 cents could buy a very nice dinner.

The break (as usual) is the stymie. I think chances might be better on 760 or even billiard cloth. And even then only as a drill configured for bnr.

Might be Jessie Allred? I know he had a video with several one handed bankshots. His videos have gone private on YouTube though..

Seriously, send Danny Harriman a PM, he should have some insight. It's one of his favorites. o_O

Probably has a few vid's of his own.

Yea. I gave this couple hours effort and most of time got impossible bank layouts. I then put balls randomly around table and ran 2 first tries around 10 balls.

If that won't make your opponent tremble RUN. That's stronger than cat piss. I've watched Buddy play some full-rack banks yrs ago and it was something to see. Guess who schooled him? Eddie.

Even when I was a solidly decent Fargo 650 ish player I would have struggled to make 3 banks in a row. I just did not see them at all. Banking 15 is just mystifying to me. There are APA 4s that bank better than me, though I am now after 20 years off like a 500 in Fargo and completely suck

Mystifying... That's pretty spot on. I used to watch Gary Spaeth and Jason Miller bank at Airway Billiards in Dayton and it the only way I knew how to describe it to people was "supernatural."
