Yes, it looks suspicious (low feedback, no paypal, short auctions, almost 3 years since last transaction).

Do I think they're legit auctions? I would say a qualified yes. This looks like a well connected player. There are not too many Bobby Hunter's floating around out there - especially with a Mike Sigel shaft. He knows what he's doing and knows what he's selling. I don't think this is a copycat auction.

My big concern would be the inactivity on the account for three years. If I were interested in the cues, I would send him off an e-mail addressing this issue and bid depending on the response.

Its a fraud.. The AE just was sold on ebay by a freind of mine during the same time this auction was running..
