Is this a genuine "Premier"?

Genuine Sampaio "The Premier" Cue, cheap!

Just wondering if anyone would be interested in this cue:

I believe it is a Sampaio cue, specifically "The Premier". The butt is Rosewood, with Mother-of-Pearl inlays, ivory butt cap, Brass fittings, and extensive hand carving. I have the original box, and it says that it is a "Genuine Sampaio of Portugal" but it also has "Crest Brand" on the box:

No markings or stamps anywhere on the cue, which is what has me wondering. Looks legit from what I can tell. New lower price, looking to get $350.

I believe it's genuine. The earlier ones did not have the brand stamped on them I think. But I am sure there is a better expert around than me.

The bumper screams Sampaio. So does the joint.

There were many cues that imitated the Sampaio, but that one looks right to me. And in beautiful shape with the original box. Value? Generally nowhere near what the Blue Book says....but I dunno...I try to stay away from the value issue. I know I would want it but can't afford it....

I agree, its seems legit. There is one of these on eBay right now, and the guy is wanting $995 for it. Then there is a second one with a BIN of $600, so who knows?

I know I'd never get $1000 for it, but $500-$600 doesn't seem too shabby. I'd let it go for that.

Anyone interested?
 
OK, got some bills that need to be paid, so I am going to let this go cheap. How about $350? Please let me know, I'd hate to have this end up at the local pawn shop. (Which is what will happen if no one picks this up.) :(
