friend wants to buy it and wanted to know before hand , i think he mailed Mr Searing as well . told him i have no idea hat they look like . he showed me different pic where point looked little longer then another .

That "S" looks off centered in a way that would probably make Dennis launch the cue into the sun rather than let it leave his shop - but maybe its the camera angle.
It also looks engraved, which someone will surely tell me if I'm wrong here, but I didn't think he engraved the "S" logo.

It is way too easy to recreate stamped initials on the butt plates of cues that resemble the real deal. I am not saying that this is the case here, but
it has been done and is being done- both on butt plates and where famous cue makers initials are imprinted between the points as well, esp. on so called Sneaky Pete (s).
One of the best ways to know if you have a cue made by one the higher end priced cue makers in the sneaky Pete category, especially the used ones for sale; is to KNOW how those cues are supposed to feel and play, and then play with it to make your decision.
The profit margin for someone to fake a SP can run from several hundred to a thousand dollars - it can be very lucrative over time.

Seems like a nice cue. I can not say what it is with certainty.

I have no doubt that at some time in the past Dennis began keeping good records. From that time forward he has a record and probably a few pictures of every cue he has made. Billy Stroud made me a cue years ago before he began doing the JW logo. The guy I years eariler sold it to wanted to sell it but needed authentication. I called Billy and he told me to have the guy call him.
Some time later the guy told me he called Billy and told him about the cue he bought from me. Billy and I had known each other since the 60s. in a few minutes Billy pulled out the original order with a picture of the cue attached. He sent a letter along with a copy of the order and picture.
I think all cue makers should keep those kinds of records.
