Cut the shaft 1/2 up and install another joint for a three piece cue, but something warping THAT MUCH THAT QUICK, I'd move unless I lived in a brick house with acrylic trim....:banghead:

Pretty easy fix
Pretty easy fix.... Now that the wood is stabilized, just sand that little bump out of it... Of course your shaft might be a little thinner...Do they make 1 mm tips?
