Is this lathe enough to do what i want?

Now its an ebay cheap lathe and honestly all i want to do is clean shafts, rewrap butts, and install tips and shape them. Now i dont plan on building a cue for years and years. just want something simple, now is this good enough? its cheap and maybe you guys could give me some opinions. thanks in advance

not much accuracy or power (a walking cane bumber & a 1 amp motor) in my humble opinion.

make your own with an electric drill and some skateboard wheels from WalMart.

it can do what you want but will be investing in alot of drills and definately not very accurate

You can build a crutch tip lathe that will do what you want.
