This is a 5/16x18 threaded cue shaft. I'm kind of wondering if this is the same type of piloting used on the meucci cues.
is this the same piloting that meucci uses?

The reason I'm looking to see if its the same piloting is that I'm going to do a deflection test with the cue I should be getting soon.
i was hoping they were not flat faced. a few of the websites selling them have this listed for the joint.

Web sites list it piloted? Must be true if you saw it on the internet.....

it was in BW but another one said the same thing but others don't say piloted if it is flat faced I'll just do cue vs cue. $60 cue vs cue listed for $535
