Hi everyone! I have an old cue I got from a yard sale, the lady selling it knew nothing about its history. It is a onepiece and has a red diamond decal on the butt. It states: made in italy and has the makers name R?tigliani, the decal is gone between the R and tigliani. It has grooves cut in the handle where wrap would normally be. It also has two green butterfly decals on it. Any help in I.D ing this is much appreciated. Thanks!

I tried some Google searches.....about all I can tell you is that "Rutigliani" appears to be a valid name whereas letters other than "u" between the "R" and the "t" produce no hits. There was nothing for "Rutigliani pool cue" or "Rutigliani billards" or other phrases attempting to link the name Rutigliani to pool cues. Sorry!

Rutigliani Cue

I have in my possession a one piece cue. It has a silver triangle on the butt area of the cue. It says "RUTIGLIANI CUE Hand Crafted in Italy Bari And 52"inside this silver diamond it also has a picture of a hand and cue shooting a ball. It is very difficult to explain the decal. Any ways the cue is very old and has no tip on the end. by looking at it it probably didnt have a tip installed at all. I found it at my grandfathers place. He said he picked it up at an Auction sale. two months ago. I was searching the web for any information on the cue and its maker but all i could find is a site that led me to your posting. If you have any more information regarding this cue please let me know.
P.S. i'm from Canada and it's winter up here right now if the cue is not valuable i will use it as firewood.:)

You guys do realize that this thread is 6 years old.

Yes, I did realize that. But, I figured a 6 year old question needs to be answered as much as a 6 minute old question. Just because it's an old question doesn't mean people won't find it if we reply to it. You found it, right?
