J&D cues?

Hi,
some days ago in a tournament I saw these cues in sell at about 800/900$.
Do you know this cue maker?
The seller told me he is an american guy that works in the Philippines.
The cues seem good (maybe too much ivory for my taste).
Anyone has some other opininion/information or a link of cue maker site(if exist).

I don't know if he is the same cue maker.
Maybe no.
The cues I see here, on his posts look different, no Ivory, one shaft.
He is from Indiana and the seller told me he probably is an american guy working in Philippines...
