What other cuemakers have done in the past was to send out a cue that got handed off from one person to another, in a globetrotting type of affair. I have no idea whether or not that was a good thing for the cuemakers, but it seemed it at the time.

Also, there have been many forum get-togethers, tournaments, etc., where many of the board cuemakers have donated a cue for raffle or door prize.
