Unbelievable...
Hi Angel...
I'm not from Chicago. But Chicago seems to have some nice folks.
I wanted to take a moment and thank you for giving the 'Prince' a ride home after Freddy's service.
Speaks mighty highly of him to attend, and mighty highly of you to drive him home.
Bless your heart. You are aptly named.
If I'm wrong on this, I apologize. If I heard it right...you are certainly part of what's right with pool people.
Take care

Hi 3 Rail Kick,
Billy Smith told me he had told George P. about Freddy.
Upon hearing the news, he jumped in his car, braving both his illness and the two +hour stop-n-go Friday Chicago traffic from Racine, Wi..
As the part of the service began where people were asked to speak,
Billy Incardona spoke first and afterwards, I began to wonder where George was.
I went outside to call him and saw him down the block, barely able to move his legs. He was almost entirely unrecognizable until he spoke.
I brought him arm in arm into the parlour and people were speechless,
but cordial and happy to see him.
He lit up also!
- happy to be among his peers and speaking with strength and joy in his voice.
We all had great conversation and time together speaking of Freddy and goings on.
I had only known George P for 6 years, but he was a great man and good friend of both George Fels and Freddy the Beard, both of whom I'd known since I was a teen.
It is both my honour and priviledge to have known them, and had them in my life and filmed them doing and speaking of the things they love for "Raising the Hustler",
our feature-length, documentary on pool and billiards.
Now, I didn't realise it at the time, but I was wearing a white blouse and apparently Georgie's hand had started to bleed on me, so part of the gasps and 2nd looks of the people upon entering, beside the fact that George was entirely jaundiced to the whites of his eyes, was due to the very large red stains on my white shirt, which looked like maybe I was injured.
Bobby Hunter said he'd never seen a living human being look so bad.
My heart has been heavy the last 6 months as these losses reverberate through our small pool world.
I do my best to honour those who have passed within the film.
When you wonder why I haven't finished, please take into account, besides money, since I started filming 8 years ago, 36 prominent people of pool have passed and each must have their place within, recognising them.
I have his 3 Cushion win at Chris's and interviews and life moments with George F., George P. and Freddy and they will receive their praises.
I need none, though I thank you for your kind words.
I do what's necessary for both people and pool.
I think pool is necessary for people.
