It actually started on FB, then turned into a 'Face to face'.

That’s exactly how I sold a high end (for me) cue. I posted pics to a FB group that followed that particular cue maker.

I posted pics just to show the cue. Six or seven members asked me if I would ever sell it. I eventually had one serious buyer.

I drove to his area we met at a coffee shop and he paid in cash. The cue is now part of his collection.

I did not have to deal with shipping, insuring, worrying about the ivory, the IRS or PayPal/venmo. Nothing. He got the cue I got the cash he went his way and I went mine.

Add to that I got at least one thousand more than anyone else offered.

It was perfect clean transaction, flawless!
