The same interior I have been using for 3 years.

The new Justis west is nice, very nice...but, if I could spend the extra money right now to get the real deal from the man himself I would (which I did) thanks Jack for taking my orders...

The new west cases do not have all the bells and whistles (yet) bottom band, patch work with logos or names, diamonds and silver or gold trim.

I hope at some point you can add these extra things which IMO really add to the beauty of the case.

Brian ----my 2 cents

And to the price. hehe!!

Thanks for those side by side photos, Jack. I think that is exactly what people were wanting to see. I just checked my case and "WHEW!!" I have the new design on the strap at the lid.

although mine has 3 rivets at the bottom and one at top (???)

Jack, I was just going over the photos again and it seems as if the West case is a little thicker in the lining. Is that because the other case is pretty well used or are they using a thicker lining? If the lining is in fact thicker than your cases does that bring down the space available? For example, I have a 3x6 of yours but I easily carry 4x7 in it. Is this still possible with the West cases? Not a problem, I'm just curious that way.

still happy I got the real McCoy though:thumbup:

Even though the linings are similar, a material change could make the interior look diffrerent which I think happened in this case, but I don't think it will make any difference on the case's capacity. These guys (Irving Lin and his team of expert case makers) are always looking for ways to out do me.....so don't be surprised to see improvements on the Justis West cases. You can be assured when they come up with better ideas, I will follow suit on my cases as well. Our goal is to make a better case together.

I think it's really great that you found someone that will keep up with the quality of the Justis case. So many times things get turned over to the Chinese and it becomes a cheap knockoff. I'm really happy for you that your cases will continue on with the image that you set out with so many years ago.

Wish I could access some of them online and see different color combinations.

Thanks for the photos cornerman, boy that case looks identical to Jacks work. They do very good work. I'm sure these cases will sell like hot cakes...
