Thanks for getting the word out, Matt! Hell, I play there regularly and didn't even know that it was scheduled. Will definitely try to stop by.

The Fish may just have to stop by. Fuller beat me in the finals of the last one I played over there. I believe it was hill/hill, or 9/7? Fu#$ it, it was a loss.

I don't think it was a Jacoby event, but a qualifier for the US Open.

Even the Babineau's didn't know they were sponsoring this event, until just a couple of days ago. Please get the word out!! We have precious few quality tournaments in this area. Let's keep pool alive!!!

today

had to help my mom out a bit. Does anyone know how the tournaments going? Will there be a sunday second chance tournament ? Its about an
hour from where I am at so I don't want to go for no reason

You probably need some rest. Posting at 2:35 am will take its toll.

Hey Matt,
I had to leave yesterday as the match was beginning to decide the final one-loss side match: Johnny Griffin vs B.J. Ussery. Proceeding that match was a hill-hill thriller between Ussery and Brad Shearer. Shearer should have been out but got snookered and tried a very low percentage extreme masse and fouled, leaving Ussery a 6-9 combo.
On the winner's side, Michael Fuller is playing - sorry, I don't recall the name of the young guy scheduled to play him. Action starts-up @ 1:30 pm.
BTW, Matt I'll have a copy of my "Mind/Body Pool" CD with me, that you had previously expressed interest in. Cost is $15. My cell # if interested is 919.621.7906. It will be ~ 2:30 before I can get there.
