MOST OF THE TIME THAT IS HOW THEY RUN A SCAM. THEY SEND PAYPAL FROM A STOLEN ACCOUNT AND A STOLEN CARD, AND YOU DON'T REALIZE IT UNTIL THE CUE IS WELL ON IT'S WAY OVERSEAS. I HAVE TWO GUYS IN MY POOLROOM THAT GOT BURNED LIKE THAT. I LIKE YOU, AND DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU GET BURNED.

Good advice. A few months ago we had that someone trying to run the same type of scam on us. A guy by the name of R.Edwards out of IL called us, wanting us to drop ship a few cues to his customer in Japan and run them on their credit card. After we refused, he even offered to have the money wired to us. After a few days back and forth it started really smelling fishy, so we told him that we'd do the deal but he'd have to pick them up in person and pay with CASH and he could deal with getting the money up-front. Well, that took care of it...never heard back from him.

Moral to the story.....there's lots of methods of scams out there people. Educate yourself and remember - if it sounds too good to be true, it almost always is.
