The Green Room in Temple Tx will host an 8 Ball event Jan 16-17 with a $1500 add-on!!

8 Ball Double Elimination
Race to 5
$50.00 Entry Fee
Alternating Break
BCA Rules
Split quarters
3 1/2 ft X 7 ft Diammond tables

Regisatrtion will begin Friday at 3 Pm and be taken unilt app, 11:00 Pm Friday. They will continue Saturday morning Jan 16 at 9:30 Am and taken until 11:15 AM. Players meeting and auction will take place at 11:30 and play begins ASAP.
The Green room is locate at 2313 South 57th in Temple Texas.

Cue repair will be handled by Ron Geyer of the Custom Cue Connection.

i played at this location on halloween and those diamond bar tables are the triple nuts!! i am definitely going to try to attend...that's if i don't spend all my money in lafayette the weekend before!
 
The Green Room has 10 tables that are the 3 1/2 by 7, they are very sweet fast tables. Unless they are moving more in there will only be 10....will be goin tonite so i will ask and see................there are also 2 9 footers for all you action players out there.....
 
I left early that night...wasnt feeling well...heard there was alot of fun had by all....I LOVE the Green Room, they also have weekly 8 ball tourneys on Friday and Saturday nights, right now they are running a progressive tourney format......will see if i can get a flyer of the rules and things....they have a 4 (apa rank) and under side and a 5 (apa rank) and over side...........and you are right the tables are triple nuts!!!!

This is a nice place and a very cozy atmosphere!!
 
Great Place

I played there when the BCA Texas was moved to the Green Room location.
It's a very nice place with great table! I really had a great time there.

I hope everyone in the region comes out to support this one. Just plain old bar table 8 ball. This is a nice place and ted, the owner is one of the nicest guys one will ever meet. He just loves the game!!

I will be working this weekend, but I agree with Lewis, Ted and Larry are great guys and you just can't beat the Diamond tables!

I know this will be a packed house!

You can register on Friday. I should be there by at least 4:00 pm on Friday and taking registration.

Ted also has 2 very nice 9 ft Diamonds and I will attempt a ring game on these and maybe even on the bar tables as well.

FWIW, Ted is now the sole owner!!

Please make your reservations early. When rooms are balocked and not sold by a certain date the rates are lifted for all and often increase.
