Tournament winners

1st - Robert Clark
2nd - Tony Barrington
3rd - Frank Sparkman
4th - Mark Dimick

It was a good turn out for the first event, There were 58 players next time they will take money via pay pal and not put you on the list unless you have paid.

The total calcutta was 3,275, not sure of the total on the tournament and pay out. Maybe Papa Red can give us some input on the complete pay out.

Thanks to every one who made it to this tournament Starlite will most definitely have another one.

And a special thanks to Charlie for running it as well.

Justin

Disappointed we ended up with just 58 players with 20 on stand-by list!
After all everything went well except about 10 mins. till 9am (start time), there was an accident at the corner by Starlite involving three auto's and two of them were players entered in the tournament. I postponed the the times for the players involved so the could get things taken care of. They came in about 45 mins. later, bruised and shaken but wanted to play. Thankfully they were not seriously hurt but still needing to go to the doctor when the tournament finished. Four of the five involved in the accident got paid.

Next time I will take a list but must be paid a week prior to the tournament to secure your spot (cash or money order only), no pay pal or checks accepted by me. I'm on social security and don't want too put any flags on my bank account by accepting large amounts through pay pal or checks.

Nancy & I would like too thank Jan, Deana, Ed Burton (owners), the wait staff, & all the players. We hope everyone had a good time. We enjoyed meeting players that we haven't seen play before and some we haven't seen in a few years.

Thanks again,
Nancy & Charlie Smith
