never heard of him but if i had a cue he made and needed work i would send it to proficient billiards to fix it.

they are reasonable actually cheap. do great work and stand behind it and get it done very quickly with no excuses.

No. This was definitely a florida guy. Sadly he passed in 03 or 04. Very young.
