JB Case - best way to order?

I would not order through their website. I ordered a strap for my case 10 days ago. Website says item is in stock. Said I would receive an email when it shipped. No email and order status is processing.

I was in no hurry for the strap as I rarely play anywhere but home and I was just going to turn my single strap into backpack straps but after 10 days and item hasn’t even shipped is a little ridiculous. Going to wait a couple more days then will probably cancel my order and take my business somewhere else.

i spoke with Seyberts yesterday and it will be ~3 months before they get a new shipment of JB Cases (4x8). i have an order in since December 2021.

If you want a custom leather case best thing to do is decide what you want first.

then just call them and go over your design. They are pretty easy to work with. For a custom leather expect quite a significant wait.
