Often I fly into the forum scanning, sometimes reading and sometimes just looking for something interesting to read a bout pool.

I looked at a post from JB Cases and noticed he had an AZ Gallery of Cases (http://forums.azbilliards.com/gallery/showgallery.php?si=jb+cases&limit=&x=7&y=13) so I visited there and got a chance to see a MARVELOUS collection of world class cue cases. These cases while I haven't seen them up close are well made and are of exceptional beauty. I especially liked the Gunslinger Case and the Flight Case.

After I had clicked on each image I went back to the Slide Show presentation and hit them all again. They also have a web site www.jbcases.com where you can learn more about their cases.

If you want to see or purchase a cue case I strongly urge you to take a look at these cases.

For those of you that are inclined and have purchased a cue case from JB Cases, would you mind telling me in PM or by this thread a little about the quality of the cases. Some pics would be great too. It is obvious that the artistry can be extraordinary.

I'm thinking that if I ever purchase another cue case it will definitely be a JB Case simply for its beauty.

John is doing some very cutting edge stuff.

JB Cases are designed and made by John Barton, the same John Barton who started Instroke years ago. I know John personally and I can tell you he is a stickler for quality. He is actually designing a custom cue case for me which I hope to have in a couple of months. I will try and post some pics of it when it arrives. Since his cases are hand tooled, it takes a while to get one. I don't think you will be disappointed in any case John makes.

Damn it, Joey!!!!!!!

Why did you have to show me these? They're gorgeous, now I'll have to buy one! And the scary thing is, that I like so many of the ones he has on his website.

I own a black Instroke Cowboy 2x4 and really like the interior and the way it holds my different cues, but I never warmed to the exterior and its production level fit and finish. My Dennis Swift is finished much better and really looks more custom next to it.

But these custom JBs are beautiful!

I bought a 1x2 GTF Designs case and also a 1x2 Jim Murnak case from Roy of IndyQ just recently, so I already own a couple John Barton cases.

Now it's time for a custom JB!

Thanks
Joey, heheh.

Are JB Cases and John Barton the same person?

Haven't seen John Barton logged in here for a looong time, but JB Cases posts often. Just curious...

Anyway, NICE cases...

Is it possible to get them bigger, with room for more cues and all the other useless crap I have in my cuebag? Right now I am using a case where I can have 4 cues and 8 shafts, and some big rooms.

Yes. Contact John and tell him what you want. He can customize your case any way you want it.
