In recognition of my unparalleled losing streak in these AZ pop up raffles, I am forced to strongly begin considering Plan B. (Of course, regardless of who wins, many may find themselves in need.)

The book is certainly available from Amazon, Abe Books, etc., but, this an instance in which I would like to insure that I purchase from a source which will remit the maximum revenue to Ms Lee and her co-author. Does anyone know if such a vendor exists? (Are direct sales/autographed copies available?) If so, details please.
