Wouldn't say I know Jeff personally. I did order a Gilbert cue in late 2005 thru Jeff - he was easy to work with and all went very well. Are you having problems?

Damn, I ordered a cue in Nov. 05 and haven't heard a thing from Jeff regarding my cue. Everytime I email about the progress he tells me that Andy is out of town or he can't get any updates until later. Maybe I should call

FWIW, I ordered a cue in Jan 06 and cannot get him to email me back. The few times he has, I hear the same things about not being able to get in touch with Andy.
