I would be surprised if Busboy had anything to do with this and he shouldn't get dragged in to this publically.
I've discussed a few OB deals with BB and he has been straight up with me.
Busboy should of been given a chance to discuss this privately.

Busboy has contacted me and is trying to get Eric to make good on his end of the trade. I have thanked him for his effort and hope all of this can come to a quick and civil end.

I just wanted to post officially and apologize to DeeJay for mistakenly saying it was he who purchased the cue from Eric when it was in fact someone else. I have since edited my original post to reflect the change, but I wanted to make sure everyone knew it was my mistake - he was in no way involved in this transaction.

Well guys it has been 3 days since Busboy supposedly contacted Eric and I have not a word from him. I sent him an email today telling him it is urgent that he contact me. Based on his lack of communication it looks like he has no intention off making good on his part of the deal. I would appreciate any help from fellow AZer's or their experience with filing mail fraud charges as it looks like that is my only recourse at this point. Also, do you think the moderators should suspend or freeze his account as there is evidence on AZ that may be helpful in the future. I can not say anything bad about this guy or call him names based on the rules here, but based on this thread AZer's can make their own decision if they want to deal with this guy.

I'm still not sure why my name is being thrown in this I had nothing to do with erics deal I text him told him he needs to make it right told me he texted the op and never got reply I will tell him again but I'm not sure what to do everyone is putting my name in this and its not my deal

you sold one of the cues. your name was the one that signed for the cues. he said its your address they were sent to. Eric is your friend. You can help make it right and tell people whats happening or you can ignore it. ARE You with him NOW?

As I said before I told him to make it right told him again tonight I called him freaking out on him as this was not my deal and I'm catching slack for it when all I did was trade him 2 of my cues for the one cue he said he text the op

You bought stolen property. There is question whether you originally knew it was stolen or not. You now know it was yet try to play innocent and wonder why people are calling you out.

I have to ask if the Schon I bought after he lost it was stolen also.

The cue was not stolen he was trading for them and when I did trade with him he had the cues packed up to ship to op but never did I guess u guys can say what u want at this point I don't care anymore I'm sick of being brought into this when this was not my deal Ii called him freaked out on him and told him to make it right said he would so I did what I can

Has this Issue ever been Resolved...?
The Last I heard...Pat NEVER received anything From RINGER69 (Eric Lacey)....
I'm thinking It's safe to say at this point that Pat will not get anything for his Honesty
and that he will have to pursue Legal Action. It's Really A shame that a Few Bad people
have to Ruin the TRUST Factor here on AZ. Looks like Escrow or another option where
both parties are protected is a must anymore. Really Sucks it has come to this....:mad:

Um, it is stolen if something is taken but not paid for.

Eric just has to send the cues to pay for the trade and all is good.

That's the textbook definition of stolen. Taking something without compensating.
 
I am also curious if this has been resolved, as Eric was talking large amounts of smack on Facebook about how none of this is his fault, he didn't have an address, and then he traveled to Vegas (seemingly for 2-3 weeks) and couldn't ship them. Also, he happened to break his phone while in Vegas, and he was going to send out the cues immediately. This was 4 days ago.
Would love to hear the explanation of how if he received them a day before he left for Vegas, how was he selling them a week later, and if he could ship those cues from Vegas how come he couldn't ship these?

I am sorry I am sorry I have not provided an update as I have had nothing to report. I have sent Eric PM's and emails and he finally told me today he will be sending the cues out via Priority Mail by Saturday. I hope this is the case as this whole thing needs to be put to bed! Thanks again for all of your support and help.
