Now after all this bs I just spoke with him he said he don't have funds to pay for shipping so now I'm on way there to grab the box with cues and I'm now paying for shipping and sending cues out and its not even my deal

Don't sweat the situation too much, Busboy. I'm not looking to screw you out of the cash, I filed the claim to protect myself from being screwed in the whole deal. If you have the cues from Eric you're golden. When Pat confirms he has received them I have no problem sending you payment again. I wanted to give you my word on that in public. PM incoming.
Pat, I'll be PMing you as well, but please know I do need confirmation when you receive the cues. It ties in with the PayPal claim and the potential that my local PD has to get involved.

I wanted to post an update. Busboy got the package from Eric and opened it to verify the correct cues are in it. He mailed it via USPS Priority Mail yesterday and provided the tracking number. The package left Missouri and is somewhere between there and Philadelphia presently. I want to thank Busboy for his efforts in getting this situation resolved.

Final Update: I received the package that Busboy sent out today and it contained the cues that were in the pictures that Eric sent me when we originally made the deal. I sent Busboy, ScottK, and Rush72 PM's thanking them for their help in getting this issue resolved. I want to thank everyone from AZ who posted support or suggestions on how to get this issue resolved. I will being using this experience as a learning experience and have changed my personal rules on doing trades, especially with newbies. I hope other people can learn from this also and that it never happens to them.
