I'm seeking info on Mike Johnson's (Jensen) cues. Anybody like 'em? Hate 'em? Good hit? Are they built well?

Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Peace

Classic styling, excellent craftsmanship, superior playability. From my experience of owning over 300 cues, for overall quality combined with playability I put his cues in the top 10%. If I was limited to owning only one cue, it would be a Jensen.

I live in Baton Rouge (same as Mike Johnson(Jensen Cue)),my first custom WILL be a Jensen and not just because of the location, his cue work is great and his cues are supposed to have a very solid hit.

I have had a Jensen "Hoppe" style cue for about 2 months. It definitely has a solid hit and Mike is a great craftsmen. You will be hard pressed to find any points as sharp as his. You will not find a CNC router in his shop, he does all of it by hand. VERY SOLID!

Here are a few pics :D
